Time Is Like Sand In An Hour Glass ~ Slips Through Your Fingers

It's hard to believe that the last time I posted here on my blog was June the 6th....now it's the end of July!!  Sigh** Time simply gets away from you doesn't it.  Since the 6th of June our family has relocated from Saskatchewan back into Beautiful Victoria B.C.  I've gotten back into the Hospital system and I'm now working as hard as ever..LOL  I've also been busy with my photography, and I've posted some new images today.  If you follow my work, you will see these images on Facebook; Redbubble; Viewbug and even Flickr.  I hope all of you enjoy these new images and I promise to keep my blog more up to date :)

Moving Back To Victoria B.C ~ Excited!

Well after three years of living on the Prairies, we are moving back to Victoria B.C! "There's No Place Like Home" 

 I never thought I would be the one to say that I've taken things for granted...but in this case I certainly did.  In my heart I'm an ocean kinda girl who loves the mountains; large trees; PLENTY OF RAIN;  the smells of dampness while walking through thick forests floors, and the diversity that living in one of the world's miniature rain forests has to offer a person's soul on a daily basis.  That's what I'm moving back too....I can hardly wait.  To Celebrate I've posted two images that are originally from Victoria B.C "Perched" and "Sweet Nectar"  The image of  "My One Legged Friend" was taken here in Wilcox Saskatchewan...wonderful little capture of a male robin working hard to get his nest built.  Even with only one leg to stand on!

I've always admired the look of a Black N White image, and thought I would try my hand at a couple of images for a photo contest on Viewbug.  You just never know if what you've done and or created will be well received  but you can't win if you don't try.

Here are the latest and greatest image designs, and I really had fun putting them together.

First Image:

I had a brainstorm last night and thought why not use my Wedding Dress and accessories to create a wonderfully feminine image. I really love how it turned out and for those of you who are about to get married I hope this lovely image puts a smile of anticipation on your face.

For those of you who like me have been married for awhile and your dress is tucked away …may this bring back beautiful memories of your special day.

I simply love birds and I do manage to get some decent images of them (They are few and far inbetween) I simply want to display them to everyone.  I hope you like this different perspective of how I display a collage piece.

Busy Busy ~ Sunday Magic

Hello long time no hear!!  LOL  Well what can I say at this point but, I've been busy working hard to get my work out there on the NET!  So here's a run down of what I've been up too:

So ya CRAZY...but I have a dream that I want to fulfill and in order to do that I need to get myself out there. So with moving forward I recognize that  my goals, ambitions and dreams in my life's path requires extra work and some magic.......so lets add some magic into the mix shall we.  Who do you know that doesn't like some magic in their every day lives...I know I love the possibilities that everyday can be magic if we really want it to be.
